Installing Amp Wires under carpet

What is the best way to go about getting your amp wires underneath the carpeting without tear the interior apart? I noticed that the vinyl strip on the bottom of the door jam is covering where the carpet meets the door jam but instead of being screwed down like most cars mine is glued down. How do I get underneath the carpet to run my wires for my amp?

I seriously doubt it's glued down. I'm pretty sure it's held down with clips. Just pry it up and it should pop off. Probably 4 clips or so.

You should be able to pull up the interior pieces and put the wire under them. You don't need to put it under the carpet. :headshake

yeah, you can just pull up the door sill, it will pop off. It's held on by little clips underneath.

yeah, those panels just pop right up, and so do the panels running from the bottom of the front seat up to the seatbelt thing... and if you break the clips, don't worry, autozone has them for like $3 for a 4 pack... I broken a few on mine when I was installing mine, by trying to force the panels in when the pins weren't meeting, and crushed the clips.
