OK first you will need to go to www.autozone.com and order a valve spring tool. Then you will need to buy a compression tester from any local auto parts store. Now take the valve cover off, unscrew all of the sparkplugs, then thread the hose that came with the compression tester into the hole that the sparkplug cam out of. Now you will have to connect the other end to a air compressor, this will put force on the vales from inside the cylinders to hold them up while you remove the valve springs. Ofcoarse ony do one cylinder at a time and take yor time and don't let the valve fall into the cylinder while the spring is off. Now replace the spring with the new one and repeat 16 times
You might want to also pick up a haynes manual for your car it will be helpful during the process and you will need the torque specs also

Edit: I forgot to say to move the hose that is connected to the aircompressor to the next cylinder when you are done with the first one, you can't just leave it in one cylinder to do all the springs lol

You can just rent a compression tester and a valve spring compression tool.
