Skyline Civic part deux:

Well, if anybody remembers the pics I took at my friend's shop of this Civic with Skyline taillights and a B20. For those that don't, here's the original thread and title: "Civic GT-R" at my friend's shop...(pics) (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=128345&highlight=Skyline).
Anyhow, the dude's been driving his car for about two weeks N/A. All that changed today, though. He got his hair dryer installed, finally.

As for the debate on him spending this much money...I also found-out that he has barely paid out-of-pocket for all this. He had a paid-off Integra that got stolen, and insurance reimbursed him.

it does look really nice in person though, and it SOUDS amazing - not at all like i thought it would... (btw... i was at the shop like 20 min ago) want me to take some pics for you and post 'em?

Don't remember a hat....one of the guys I was talking to was a Toyota fanatic...he had a Toyota logo tattooed on his leg. I was wearing a red shirt.
I was there when the body-shop guys from Diverse picked-up the car.

hmmmmm.... then i don't think we talked... i was there while they were working on it in the back, then left right after the car was moved to the front of the store...

Oh ok, that wasn't you then. I thought I remembered seeing a thread about you and a 3SGTE, and these guys I talked to wanted a 3SGTE. I also remember that me and these guys were comenting on how angry that thing sounded when it was fired-up, as the Diverse guy picked it up. They're going to finish up the hood, which is custom, to fit the headlight conversion, and the interior.
