I got a BIG problem, please help!

I just got my new 18x7.5's on the other day. I've been taking some pretty hard turns, to see if my handling improved at all. Well now im hearing a kind of loud rubbing noise coming from the front drivers side wheel well area. I can feel it to, a little. It seems like it stops when i hit the brakes or accelerate. But when i am just cruising it makes this steady noise and i can feel it. Please help me out with what this could be and what i should do. Thanks, im pretty worried cuz i have no money.
