Display Panel Replacement???

I have a '98 Sunfire SE and I was wandering if there was anyone who has replaced just the display part of the instrument cluster, not the entire display cluster. My question is how hard is it to get the display cluster apart to put the new reverse glow gauge in?

I alread have the instructions to get the display cluster out, all I need is how to get the display cluster apart.
