Weird Car Problem....

Hi,
I have the DPFI and my problem is the car wont rev past 3000 RPM.
The car starts and idles perfectly.
It drive perfectly with no hesitation except when it hits 3000.
What could this be?

didnt you just convert to mpfi? hmmmn have you checked the fuel filter? the fuel pump? fuel pressure?
