Well...
I was thinking blue... a lighter turquiose shade.
Yellow, and white (my real Supra's have always been white).

Don't know how you'd do this to a model, but if you want something not comme, do chaminleon paint. I am sure that's not very commen for models.

Duplicolor Orange Mist or an equivalent color.

CHAMELEON would be pretty cool also and I think it can be had here.

POssibly.. or Alcaladd bare metal.. or covering with bare metal foil... just a thought.. I played with the idea of covering a small car with baremetal foil before... seems like its doable...

I thought of doin up my Fink Speedwagon in Alclad chrome but thopught better of it, thats apretty delicate finish and by the time I got it all together it would look like crap.

Fabulous Idea!
I will probably do one of my following projects that way too, to make a tribute to the long gone mini...
anyway, this is a pic I found browsing the tamiya Japan site (hope it' s ok to post it here?)

Cameleon is a great colour but it never realy looks right in photos.
I have used chameleon a few times with my RC cars and found it very hard to photograph. (never tries with my new camera tho) :frown:
Lime green i think will look great! :grinyes: :smokin:

The lime green almost changes colour! In even light its very green and in brighter light it almost changes to a yellow/green. I love the look! :icon16:

how about a navy blue fading to a blacklight purple fading to a black? that would look awesome in blacklight. Put a white cloth interior-like socks, and the interior will glow too. It rocks my friend did it. It look great in light too, but o man was it hot in the blacklight

What about a two-tone paint scheme?
Maybe lime green with those big "patches" of flat black, like on the '71 Barracuda...
Or maybe a red upper body with black rocker panels, front valence, and rear bumper.

You know, after read other people saying they liked my chemilion color idea, I got to thinking. Maybe I'll try that at somepoint on a model. So, how exactly do I go about doing it on a model. I mean, where the heck do I get the paint to do it for one....And the lime green color in the pic above does look pretty slick. I am bias though, I still like chemilion...maybe, a chemilion of the pearl lime green to a pearl gold. I think that would look tight.
