1995 firebird questions

I need to get a new car and I noticed 95 firebirds are really cheap.

but im wondering a few things.

-How reliable are they? most have like 80k or more on them
-How easy is it to make it run about 12's in the 1/4?
-Is 5k a good price for a nice looking one with 80k and 5 speed?

thats about all I can think of, whether I get one im not sure because I dunno if I like the 95 body style to much,

Sounds like a decent deal with the miles. If you're looking for 12's in the 1/4, don't even waste your time with a V6.

:uhoh: there's no way you ran high 14's with a bone stock 6 cyl camaro......... the best I've ever heard of one running is 15.7, and I think that was a 3800. :sly:

Usually it is meant to be a 1/4 time unless stated otherwise. That is a pretty high 1/8 time though, if it is 1/8. Aren't the 6 cyl supposed to be faster than that?
