95-96 to 97-98 headlight conversion

Hey guys. I'm looking to switch over from the Honda market to the Nissan market. I'm looking at a 95-98 240, preferably a 97 or 98 but having a hard time finding one. How much work goes into the headlight conversion of a 95-96 to the "shark eyes" (or whatever they're called) of a 97-98? I looked through a bunch of old posts and couldn't find this question, so hopefully I'm not asking anything that's been asked a million times before. Thanks
