accord engine type

I'm just looking for some engine parts for my 1999 Honda accord LX and I can't remember if I have the (150HP 5spd standard trans.) H22a or the F22a? anyone know which it is? any help would be great. I'm planning to drop a turbo into it. If anyone knows of a decent kit for this motor and bottom end components that will give this car a decent boost 7-8 PSI. I know I might have to change out the pistons for a lower compression like 8-9:1, but any help would be great.

if u still have the stock motor which i suspect then u have the f-series motor not the h-series from a prelude. could be wrong tho never know
