carbon fiber doors

i need to find some carbon fiber doors, the company i was going to purchase them from stopped selling them(ground dynamics) So now im left searching the web for hours with no results. Hopefully some one here will have some good resources to share. also any other carbon fiber parts that you know of would be helpful : )

How heavy is a stock door though? Pretty damn heavy I would think. If you didn't care about being stabbed in the heart during a side impact it might actually save a lot of weight.

as for this.. this is also funny, but how is having carbon fiber doors being rice?? I haven't seen any "kamikaze kitted" cavaliers around these parts with carbon doors... however I have seen c-west S2k's and HKS Skylines with carbon doors.. pppaayce!!!

GEE thanxs for all the help.....*sigh*...as i have said on here once before i am completely new to imports, my entire life was spent with muscle cars and streeet rods and the like, i am not a ricer or a rice boy, i loathe those people, my goal is to build my 92 acura integra gs to atleast 10 seconds, that will take every thing i can do. my investment amount for this project is 20,000 dollars. Now if any one has some real help to provide go right a head and post. oh and carbon fiber doors will give me a weight savings of about 75-85 pounds, also there will be a rollcage in the car with a strong reinforcement accross the doors. it will be safe and street legal.

Look for a shop in you area that does fiberglass parts.. they should be able to make you carbon doors w/o TOO much hassle.. There are no "kits" for carbon doors for DA Integras that I know of, so they would have to be custom... Heres a little tip: If you going to build a 10 sec integra(which will NOT be street legal of course) look into lexan windows and removed accessories (heater and a/c wieghs a ton).. laters
