Big Problem Need Help FAST HELP!!!!!!

Alright im driving a 91 integra. And i dunno what happend but for osme reason my car shakes it mor elike wobbles back and forth really hard from side to side when i drive, specially when i hit the gas, its coming from my right tire when you are sitting in your car looking out the from window right tire. Passenger side whatever. The front passenger side when jacked up you can move in like a 1/4" or so from side to side, but from top to bottom its stable, doesn't move. So i was told it was like a fuck i dont remember the word, they said if it moved up and down then it would be the ball joint, but it moves side to side instead..

Any ideas? I need to fix this fast, cause i cant drive without wobbling out of control..

Ok what little sense all that garbage made it sounds like your tie rod ends. They can be replaced at any alignment shop.

ok, if you jack it up and put your right hand on the tire towards front of car and left on back, can you push and pull with both hands at the same time like pushing it/pulling it away from the car, or you mean push left/pull right hand and it turns a bit without the other tire turning?
