Header swap, D15 to D16?

I'd like to take the header off of my 1990 Civic LX (D15) and put it on a 1986 Acura Integra with the D16A1.
Will it work? I am talking about an aftermarket ceramic header, not the stock exhaust manifold...although I guess that doesn't make any difference.
Yes? No? Don't be cheap and go buy another header? Waddya think?

im pretty sure they are interchangeable, may have to port the holes a lil for perfect flow.
