Hey new to this site but have been all over looking for an engine swap for my 2000 4 door escort se. Thinking that an svt focus or svt contore would be nice. any one with any thing to make this can fast er through engine swap would greatly thanked

Zx2 would be the easyest. There's aways the Mazda 1.8 BP GTX Turbo, that would be around 200hp by the time you put on nice exsahst.

and don't forget about the gt-x awd drivetrain.

Ok my boys at our garage are good but a whole new drive train thats a lot more time money and stress, and as of yet I cant find that engine. I did find a 98 svt contore but no sure if ti would fit right but damn its got some horses
