Very low idle

I posted this in another part of a thread, but I need an answer pretty quickly.
My idle becomes very low after the car sits for awhile, or after I'm boosting. Right when the computer senses boost, it seems that my idle becomes greatly affected when I come to a stop. I even stalled, and if I don't apply gas while stopping, it will stall again. And my fuel economy really sucks now.
I have the Missing Link, but it could be installed improperly. I know they have to be in a certain way, but I could have put it in upside down (it's the same shape and size on both ends). Would this be the problem?

Also, I've been reading about o2 sensors in relation with open and closed loop mode. Someone said if I disconnect the sensor it might help a little by forcing it to remain in one of those modes. What do you all think? Would this force my computer into limp mode? 'Cause it almost feels like it could be in it already...not a good thing at all.

Another thing, when I installed my high flow 'cat', it didn't come with a 2nd o2 sensor hole to plug into (the Accord has 2 sensors, one before the cat, one after). I've had that thing unplugged for quite awhile, the only problem was the CEL. The car ran fine. But maybe the turbo could affect it? Please help in any way.

If you get an O2 similator, it will solve your problem. Thats what it sounds like to me, but then again I'm no expert.
