Cry02

I really do not know where to put this topic, but i guess it goes under FI. There is a fairly new intercooler cooling system, much like the Ntercooler by NX. It is called the Cry02, and uses Carbon Dioxide to chill the intercooler to below freezing temps.
here is my question. Based off N20 (dinitrogen monoxide) knowledge, is CO2 (carbon dioxide) able to be injected, much like a water injection system (using H20), and not damage the engine? If you do not know, do you think this is a viable idea that could be incorporated into the vehicle systems?
know about the IC sprayer. But injecting CO2 into the intake, in hope to cool the intake, is a bad idea?
How will it damage the engine. I know that the exhaust gas is carbon monoxide, but will the CO2 injected into the charge after the IC damage the engine? The engine will already be getting the same dosage of charged air, with some more thrown in to cool the charge. How is it hurting the engine.
