Do red/clear rear lenses for a 95-96 exist? Custommaxima has a 95-96 on their site as a logo, but they don't sell em. Is this car just a one-off custom?

there isn't a place that mass prduces them anymore. if you go to the org and ask around someone might sell you thiers or someone might make you a set.

Thanks for the info... too bad they're not available anymore. Perhaps I'll try to find a set in the junkyard and clear em myself. Probably wouldn't come out too pretty though.
For my girlfriend's car anyways... I guess since my car is nearly right where I want it in the appearance mods department, I'm getting a little itchy to do things to her Max (white 95 GLE, totally stock including horrible 15inch "flower" wheels). I was trying to sell my stock 16" 98 SE wheels for at least $400, but now I think I'm gonna give em to her real cheap (she hates how her wheels look too). She says she wants to keep the car for quite a while, I'll probably keep the girl for quite a while... so it's sorta like my car too.
Can 95-96 SE foglights be added to a GLE/GXE front bumper, or do you have to get an SE bumper? Looks so dumb with those "ribbed" areas down there where the fogs should be. Then again, I'd rather just put a 97+ front bumper and grille on it... but that's cheez I don't wanna spend.

i feel ya. my last car was a 95 se 5 speed with Weapon-r intake, stillen cat-back, budget y pipe and some other stereo and cosmetic mods. i spent a long time looking for red/clears for it and decided it wasn't worth looking anymore.
i'm prety sure you can cut those ribbed parts out on the gle bumper and put the fogs in. i don't know for sure though cuz i had the SE model.

well, guess I'd like to hear from someone who did it before I cut holes in the GF's bumper... But yeah, I imagine it's do-able.
Thank gawd the red/clears are available for my 98. Probably one of my favorite appearance mods out there. Just baffles me that Nissan never offered anything like that... woulda been a sweet standard item on the SE's.
I noticed that the last gen Civic Si's had red/clear lenses in a very similar layout to the 97-99 Maximas. I thought it was funny that on the other models, Honda managed to put a small part on the trunk piece that has yellow on it, so if you wanted to red/clear your Civic, you had to get all 4 pieces. Go Nissan.

you can add stock foglights no problem. do a search at the .org, plenty of peeps have done it. you will need to get complete fog light kit though.....lights, brackets, stalk, etc.

Very cool... I probably wouldn't worry about replacing the stalk... either just relay them permanently to the parking lights or just put a small switch elsewhere.
Man, I need to focus my energy and money towards things for MY car. Bad enough I'm almost giving her my old wheels and tires... But you know how it is when you get some kinda car project on the brain? I look over at my black 98 and think "that car looks fly as hell... now let's make this one look sweet." After I do my tint and springs on the 98, I'll prolly really wanna play with her car. I think after putting the 98 SE wheels on it'll tide me over for a bit. Car should look about 1000x better.
