I'm in Canada and have been looking for the same thing, I believe you can get the conversion from extremedimensions.com, but they are pricey. The most expensive thing about the conversion will be your s15 headlights. :eek7:

I've seen the conversion @ wholehyper.com for $2500USD and that's about the cheapest your going to get unless you part the job and find it all on ebay or something.
