i have a 98 integra Ls with about 60,000 miles. i would like to get about 300 hp out of it. 1st can i even do that with an Ls? 2nd what would i need to build up before going with a big turbo? there isnt anything really done to my car now but greddy evo, and a ram intake. so im guessing that in the end i would what to be running around 15 to 20 psi of boost?? please dont just say build up the motor becuase i know that i just dont know what parts i need to build up also please if you list parts please also list names of who you think makes the best one thanks for your help

Well you could put on a turbo kit get a skink2 intake manifold, get some crower 62402T cams, cam gears, 3" exhaust, and a safc and run 12psi and you would be close to 300 well probably about 280. Good luck and hope this helps.

Need to upgrad fuel
walbro fuel pump 255
big injector like talon tsi 450cc easy to fit

Tranny
very good clutch is important
my friend use a act 6 puck on b16a supercharged 11 psi with kaaz lsd
kaaz limit slip differential.
good tire.

inside the engine
forged piston like Je, Srp, arias, weisco
me and my friend use Je!
Big Psi u can use Block Guard for hardener your cylinder but some people say restrict the cooling and your car heat faster. your choice.
i dont think you need H beem forged Rod
the stock rod can handle enough!

for your agrement
take out some weight to your flywheel
balance all piston, rod, crank and flywheel and you can hi-rev!

Enjoy!

I agree with CIVIC4WD except on 2 things.
1st-SRP pistons-DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are not for FI applications. They are for all-motor apps, very low boost or light N20 shots. They melt after 12 PSI. SRP pistons are made by JE Pistons. JE did not intend them for HiPo use.
2nd the stock rods can only handle about 14 PSI. That might get you enough for 300 HP, but if you want to upgrade later you have to rebuild your engine again. Do it right the first time, and only 1 time! Sleeve the block, and get new rods/pistons.
Golden Eagle or Darton sleeves
Crower or Eagle rods
JE or Wiseco pistons
You can run 30 PSI on that setup if you wanted to. But I cannot stress enough about getting a good clutch. It gets really expensive having to keep replacing cheap ones. Buy one good one, and only one. Like I said before, do it right the first time.
