Carbon County Man Arrested After High Speed Chase
35-year-old William Faenza of Andreas faces charges for DUI, reckless endangerment and eluding police after leading officers on a high speed chase through Carbon County Sunday.
Mahoning Township police clocked Faenza going 182 miles per hour in a 55 mile an hour zone. Faenza was driving a 1997 Lamborghini Diablo, a $260,000 sports car.
Officers caught up with Faenza after he stopped along Route 443. He and his passenger was taken into custody. Faenza is free on $450 bail. The car was confiscated and taken into safe keeping.
