Hey, great forum you guys got here
I have found a nice '66 barracuda here in belgium, problem is that i don't really like the '66 grill. Would it be possible to replace it with the '65? If it isn't possible, guess i'll just have to keep looking for a roadrunner :grinyes:.
Hope you guys can help, just look at my current ride :shakehead

I am not a 'Cuda expert, but since the front end design and the grille were all new in 1966, I don't think that a '65 grille will fit properly on a '66.

I beg to differ with Musclecarclub. '64, '65 and '66 Cudas all had the same front fenders, hood and radiator support, so I believe the grille components should be swappable with sockets and a screwdriver.
The big body change was for model year '67.
That said, the proposed mis-match will probably hurt resale if you're doing an otherwise showroom restoration. But if you're building it as a street machine, anything goes!
