i learned my lesson today DO NOT DRIVE LIKE AN IDIOT. i was cruising around with my friends, we were doing more than a 100km/h in a 60 zone then the light turned red...i stepped on my brakes and my car skid, i pulled my e brakes and my car still wont stop then BAAAMMMM!!!
i rear ended a 4x4.
i talked to the lady and i asked her if she wants my info and insurace # cuz it looks like nothing happens to her car, my car was so low i only hit the metal thing u use to pull trailers. my hood and bumper is fu#ked up.
she seemed to be nice and she told me that she's not gonna report the accident and as long as i'm ok and nobody got hurt its fine.
should i report the accident????cuz i don't know if im goin to trust her or not...if she reported it i'm screwed up for failing to report an accident and its my fault too...but if i did report it and she didn't my insurance will go up. :frown:

Just because you get into a car accident doesnt mean your insurance will go up -- its only if you make a claim. Also, you could be an asshole and file the report, and say she ran from the scene :iceslolan

If she didn't take your insurance info, and if there's not a ton of damage, you don't have to report it. in most states there's a $$ limit that you don't have to report. In UT, I know, you don't have to report an accident if it's under $300 in damage. You could say, there was no damage to her car and I can pick up a bumper and hood for $100 at the boneyard. Then you're in the clear. Also, having other people with you who can vouch for what went on will be in your favor. I say let it be, some ladies are nice enough to keep their word... Good Luck!!
