question from a chick

I'm interested in buying these TSW Imola rims for my 2003 Civic EX coupe. The wheel specs are: 17x8 with a 4x108 lug pattern (40mm offset). I've seen them mostly on VW's (GTI's mainly). Do any of you know if they will fit on my Civic (with the 4x108 lug pattern)?

I really want these because they're 17x8, instead of 17x7 (I like 'em wiiiiide!)...but I'm afraid the 4x108 pattern won't be a match for my Civic.

I wouldn't run them, and the wheels would probably rub anyways.

sorry but they wont work, u have a bolt pattern of 4x100mm not 108, so find some rims that look like them i guess.

Yup, either have to find similar wheels to them, or they might make a kit where you can run a differant lug pattern than your car came with, it's some sort of spacer lug bolt kit thing. I know you can get kits like this to run 5-lug Type-R wheels on 4x100 lug pattern Civics and Integras. I'm not sure where you'd find such a kit though.

If you get 17x7" wheels you need 42-44mm offset, 4x100 bolt pattern, and 205/40x17" tires for a Civic, Del Sol, CRX.
