timing mark help

I just did the mpfi swap so I adjusted my timing.
I have the chiltons manual and it doesnt really say anything about doing this.
There is teh white mark, then the three marks.
I know the white is TDC, what are the other marks for, and which to I want to be at?
I just lined it up with the one in the center, i hope that is ok for now.

The WHITE mark is the TDC mark..

i would put it on the white mark so that timing wont be off...i believe the 3 marks are for the timing light
