Posting Picture question

im so sorry and i feal like an ass but i cant find my answer anywere. so how do i put pictures in a thread? like progress pictures? i know how to attach them at the bottom, but they r little and suck. so can somene give me the exact thread and not just say look in the "how to" thread. thanks, max
