95 S-10 Blazer Brake Up-Grade?

I have a 1995 S-10 Blazer and I have read that the 95-97 S-10 Blazers have some dismal brakes. I do a bit of hauling with a trailer and I am looking for a way to beef up the front and maybe the rear brakes. I also read that Chevy fixed the problem with the brakes for the 98 model year, would it be possible to retro-fit these newer brakes on the 95?

Any other suggestions?
