'91 EX Cruise Control - Help!

The cruise control on my '91 ex doesn't work...
The cruise control button lights when I push it in, and when I set the the speed, the dash light lights up, but the cruise does not work.
I just got the car, so I have no idea what the history is...this is my 2nd Accord EX (1990), so I know I am operating it properly.

it can be either the module itself or a relay/fuse/vacumn line thats conencted to it. im not entirely certain...are u sure ur enguaging it right....like set, and resume?

Thanks for the reply...I am setting it properly...I used to own a '90 EX and the cruise worked fine. Is there any way to troubleshoot the relay before replacing it? I was thinking of buying a Honda Tech manual for the car...not sure if it goes into that stuff, tho.
