b16a valvve job

hey can anyone help me out with some info i need... i have a b16a jdm and my friend is gonna adjust my valves but he needs to know the specs to adjust them too... can someone please help me out please thanks....

valve lash on the intake side should be set at 0.15-0.19mm (0.006-0.007 in) and on the exhaust side it should be set to 0.17-0.21mm (0.007-0.008in).
