threw my back out

Well this sucks! I threw my back out while lifting boxes at work. Every year I pack up old files to send to offsite storage, and end up moving 40+ boxes each time. Sleeping sucks, getting dressed sucks, driving sucks too. I actually feel worse now than I did when I got slammed from behind at 45 mph 10 years ago :(

Ouch! I have only part of a disc left in one of my lower vertebrae so the nerves are constantly aggrevated, some days more than others. Spinal fusion surgery is in the near future for me.

Take it easy with yours, and if you think its a nerve, put an ice pack on it. Just don't mess around, see a Chiropractor to be safe. :cool:

You know that you are getting old when your back starts to go out more often than you do.

Well I am feeling a bit better :D I have a card for a free visit to my chiropractor...they send one out every year for my birthday. I am gonna use it this week. My worst times were getting up in the morning. Seems like if I sit or lay for too long then it really hits when I move. On the bright side I was well enought to give the house a major cleaning :)
