Big freaking deal...I don't get it. Hundreds of people die every day. What makes him so freaking special? He can sing songs and play some instruments? This whole celebrity thing is just dumb. We never hear about the heart surgeon who died that saved hundreds of lives in his life time. :rolleyes:

True... or the hundreds of teachers in schools that keep kids off the streets.

I think the difference is that this guy was a hero to some people. Or an inspiration. There are heart surgeons out there who were inspirations or heroes to some, and when they died I'm sure those whom they inspired were sad, just like everyone is about George Harrison.. just my 2 cents

I have right to an opinion and stated such without name calling. I'll stand by my opinion that this was just a regular guy that happened to have fame. The media spoonfeeds you all this crap all the time you can't even see straight. What has Mr. Harrison ever done for me? Nothing. These people are no better than you or me. Those police and firemen who all died trying to rescue people out of the WTC were REAL heros. Give each of them a day long tribute! Not all as a group. All this celeberty fund rasing and crap for it is so goddamn trasparent it makes me sick! I'll stand by my opinion thank you very much.

It's all good g-force. I agree about the WTC that each of those fire and cops should have a day where we all remember each. Ya I have over 4400 posts guys. They just haven't changed it yet.

i think he's talking about posts from the old board. and the post numbers here were matched to our old ones on the other board.

Arguing about who has what number of posts is pointless. Calling people names and acting childish is another. There are a few people, one in particular, that are not going to like this new board at all. Everyone from the old EZ Board knows of whom I am speaking. I was getting sick and tired of it. We all can have our differences of opinion and be civil at the same time. Don't be too hard on Mike. He only has to be told once. You will find that most of the guys from the old 3Geez board are cool, but like all sites on the web, you have exceptions. From what I see of the format and quality of the people on this board, Marc made an excellent choice for our new home. I for one, I'm going to enjoy it very much.

I think its time to bring in the posse. :D
