I recently got a 94 integra LS 4 dr sedan. I really love it until i sat in my cousin's sup up turbo talon. I NEED TURBO. But he said to me it's a waste of $$ on my little sedan. My buget is limited, and wanted to really show him what i got in my car,........or can I???? Need some expert advise financially. PLEASE HELP ME SMOKE HIS CAR !!!!!

Im just on my way back to work, so i cant explain, but thought id just tell you LS's are great for turbos because of the lower compression.

you know exactly what hes done to his, and what gen is it (94- or 95+)
AWD or FWD?

anyways, yeah the lower compression and taller gearing makes the LS the optimal teg to boost, but on a budget i dont think your gonna smoke him anytime soon, a turbo kit will run you probably in the region of 3k, and you cant really boost it much til you build the engine to handle it.

for a budget the best thing you could do IMO is LSVTEC w/ bolt ons. not too cheap, maybe half the cost of turboing, the stock engine with 7 psi would probably come out ahead still, but you can be closer ot his bumper sooner, and later turbo that and then smoke him(maybe)

well, his car is 94 Eagle Talon AWD, runnung 14.2 last time i went to the track with him. He is an amature on tuning cars. I wanted a turbo so bad after i went to the track and saw a turbo integra running a 13.4.....
when will it be my turn.........

oh, his isnt souped up much at all then. if you og turbo then yeah youll whoop on him onw, but if he puts a bit of money into it then watch out, those cars get fast quick.
