New Engine oil pressure

Question; Just replaced 350 small block, with a rebuilt same. This was done by a local service repair shop. I just drove it home and noticed the oil pressure...running, = H,.... at idle, = Low or 20 lbs (low 1/4 of guage) Is there a problem here? I recall most readings at 1/2 or better at the idle.
