finally theres a warehouse like 15 min. from my crib where they import motors from japan and sell them mad cheap. i went there yesterday and i was like DAMN they got nuttn but b16's, gsr's, type r's, and mad shit. he gave me a fat ass deal on a motor. its a jdm sohc vtec d15b. it got 140 hp and 125 lb tourqe. he gonna sell it to me for $400. so its official now.

jdm d15b rated at 132ps translates into 129hp....now saying were talkin about the same 3 stage vtec d15b. im not sure on the tq specs as i cant seem to find them online.

i dont know which model it came from but the owner said that its rated at 140 hp....125 lb tourque...? hes from japan so i think he knows what he's talking about.

i already asked him how much for the b16 and he said $1300. thats not bad cause it includes ecu, tranny (cable or hydro). and if u think about it thats how much it is for the motor on line and then u gotta pay for the shipping and shit.

aight i dont care its only $400 and its just the motor alone if i want the tranny it will all b $550 but im just gonna use my stock tranny or get a si tranny. and i will just use the 95 si ecu. im actually only using this motor for a little while so i can start working on the outside of my car. mayb next year i will get the b16
