Arcades cost over a $1000 its not likely that anyone will just buy one.

where do you live? if you live out in the middle of bf nowhere, youre gonna have to take a long drive to find one, the only truely foreign game in my area is that korean dancing game called PUMP

I remember PUMP fun stuff. I thought they had a home version of this game like on the PS2 or something.. The arcade game rocks!

I never heard Initial D being on a console but i remember Special Stage was on it.

There IS Initial D: Special Stage, came out a while ago for PS2, and wont be seeing the US side of the ocean for a while...but you can always to get a slipcard/modchip/fliptop and buy a new copy thats NTSC-J from EBay or Play Asia, Id recommend it, it was kick ass!

A fliptop takes like 5 minutes to install, a slide card shouldnt take more than 30 seconds, and a modchip is a pain. Its not that hard...

If you COULD use the cards, everyone would get ID:SS, get a card, and get ACtion Replay/Gameshark and just cheat there asses off, get like 1mil points, and play arcade...not only would that be unfair, but also pointless. Why the hell would you need a card when you have a MEMORY CARD. THINK FOR A SECOND. I never really liked the idea of multiplayer racing because it splits the screen, and you cant see anything...but i guess its a bummer it doesnt support I Link, or more than 2 cars at once :sunglasse

it would be cool to fix up your car without racing 50 cents for every race. and i already thought about the cheating thing. its inevitable that people are going to come out with cheats. i dont have a action replay that would be cool though.

Thats the thing, there ARE NO CHEATS for arcade, unless in ver2 you consider getting a WRX "cheating" Its not inevitable to prevent cheating on arcades.

i dont consider it a cheat to get the WRX..... its more of a...uhh...uhh...secret...on the ps2 you have to beat all of story mode to be able to unlock the car.

On PS2 all you have to do is beat Bunta with a B rating, thats not beating the game..

yeah i know its not beating the game. I'm just talking about story mode only. thats not the whole game
