I Read On The INternet That The Infiniti G35 is and R35 in japan (non GTR). So if you buy a G35 Coupe here And You Say That You Own A Skyline?

Yes, our Infiniti G35 is the new V35-chassis Skyline over in Japan. Sure, you can get a G35 and say you have a Skyline. Problem is some people will be clueless as to what a Skyline is, and the others will laugh in your face for trying to be "JDM.".

Yup. It's like the BMW 3 Series. There is a Coupe, a Sedan, and a Power version (M3 as to the GTR). OK, that's kind of a bad anonolgy, as there are about 10 3 serieses, but I think you get it. But if you ask me, the Old GTR isn't as slick as the new Coupe. But then again, people worship these GTRs, so I don't want no trouble.

Your analogy between the BMW 3 series and the skylines in Japan is probably as close of an analogy there is. As with the 3 series, there are quite a few different versions of the skyline, including non-turbo, turbo RWD, and even sedans. Of course the skyline that almost everyone talks about is the GTR, which is twin turbo, AWD with lots of tuning potential...
As for the old GTR not being as slick as the new G35 Coupe, looks are very subjective, so there's no point in arguing about that, but performance wise, the old GTRs would run circles around the G35 Coupe. As for comparison to the new GTR, we'll see when it actually comes out...

I like them both, but for different reasons.
The R34s I like because they look like a very agressive, low slung grand tourer. I'd almost discribe them as crouching over their wheelbase.
As for the V35s or G35s or whatever you wanna call them. I like the sport model in black. It looks very slick. I'd like to see them with some nice 17s or 18s on them. But I like them for the same reason I like Lincoln LSs lowered on rims. It's just a different look.

Actually, the Skyline Coupe has already outperformed the R34 GT-R in the slalom. Consider the power difference there(276hp vs. ~340hp), and you'll see how much better the new Skyline platform is, and how much better the next GT-R will be.
