IWC: Private Message Reciepts

I would like to change the dialog box that opens when you send a private message. The dialog box asks you if you would like to get a read reciept. Currently the options are OK, which gives a reciept, and Cancel, which does not.
I would like to have a No option that would not give you a reciept, and change the Cancel option so that it takes you back to your message.
Maybe it seems trivial, but I think it would clarify things a bit more. Cancel usually takes you back to where you were, and does not mean No.
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS ON HOW THE PROPOSED CHANGE CAN BE MADE BETTER. START YOUR OWN IWC THREAD IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO FURTHER IMPROVE AF AFTER THIS CHANGE PASSES OR FAILS.

Just to clarify, you mean the dialogue would say:
Do you want a read receipt?
Yes No Cancel
This is what you mean, correct?

Yes, that is what I meant.
Yes would give you a receipt.
No would not give you a receipt.
Cancel would take you back to your message, without sending.
