2002 2500HD Random Electrical Problems

Hi there... looking for some suggestions here...
2002 Silverado 2500HD Duramax/Allison Crew Cab Short Box, LT Trim.
A couple of times now I've noticed that the heated seats will randomly turn on. Similarly, the clock randomly skips ahead a few hours. These are minor things now, but I've only got about 12k left on the warranty so I want to make sure the whole thing doesn't short out on me as soon as the warranty expires. Of course, the dealer can't find anything wrong, as these are totally random occurences.
Also... I noticed a "bug" in the window lock system -- not sure if this is in all trucks or just mine -- can someone else try this?
1) Turn ON window lock.
2) From the driver's seat, open a window.
3) While the window is opening, have someone else try to open a different window.
In my truck, the other person is able to control their window... meaning that the window lock effectively turns off on ALL windows when you're opening one. (did that make sense??) ;-)
Is this by (poor) design? An oversight? Unique to my truck?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
