Roadkill Xbox Something for Twisted Metal fans

Just finished spending about 10 hours playing a prerelease version of Roadkill for the Xbox. Roadkill is a mix of Twisted Metal and GTA. It is more Twisted Metal then GTA, but that is not a bad thing.
There are 3 cities to battle in. By the end of the game you could have over 12 cars to choose from.
The graphics are okay, but considering the violent nature of the game, it maybe a good thing the graphics are not ultra realistic. The violence includes people hanging from the front bumper of your vehicle. Blood splatters across the screen when you run over people.
The GTA side of the game comes from the missions which would be right at home in GTA. The main character could be the brother of Tommy from GTA. There are also quick races around the city just like GTA has.
The Twisted Metal aspect of the game comes from the car battles. There are no wacky weapons, but the usual rockets, machine guns and mines are in this game.
One fun little game is the "Shoot the Suicide Bombers game." You sit in your car shooting suicide bombers as the come at you. It may not be very PC to have suicide bombers in a game, but this game does not care about being PC.
One item that may drive some people nuts is collecting blue prints. When you collect a set a blue prints, it unlocks a car. The problem is some of the blue prints are located on roofs that very hard to reach. Do not be surprised if you have to make a dozen or more attempts to reach some of the blue prints.
The sniper rifle it not the best weapon. I found that guys with rockets could nail me while my sniper rifle could not hit them.
If the final retail version of this game does not have another city or two, plus a few more cars, it will not be worth paying $35 for it. This may end up being one to rent for non-Twisted Metal fans.
