yea i could be it. didnt happen to me. It did come on when i put new headers on it. But after a day or 2 it fixed it self.I think it has something with the computer gettting to much air in and out the o2 sensor is confused but will fix it self. But i dont know much someone else probly know the real reason

I had a similar situation tonight. i was out cruising around for awhile and the check eng light came on and it has never done that before. Well i have had my intake on for a few weeks now but i put my headers on last week. I also put in a new O2 sensor but i was thinking that the headers might have gotten a little hot and messed the O2 sensor up a little bit so i turned off the car for a few minutes and let it cool down and i hasnt come back on since. Dont think that will help u but thought i'd let ya know

There a many things than can cause a check engine light. First if the car seems to be running ok, reset the ECU. Start engine & check for re-coding.

Remove the hazard fuse from the under-hood fuse panel.
Check all wiring connection near intake.
If the light comes back on then you have further problems.

My light came on and i had it checked by autozone, they check it for free, and it was my 02sensor. The light code was P0131. So i replaced my o2sensor and now i get the code Po132 - Primary HO2S-1 Circuit High Voltage. But I cant Find the problem. Could it be my wiring to the o2?
