16" replacement for 99 rolla

Im planning on replacing my 99' corolla VE stock wheels & tires with a 16x7 wrapped in 205/40/16. a problem though----Does anyone out there know how will it affect my car? like of course these are slightly bigger wheels---when do turns, would it touch or interfere with the fender walls or springs? Im not sure if Im asking the question right but any input would be appreciated..Thanks!
