whats wrong with my car?! PLEASE HELP

i just put in my d16z6, when i got it in it ran fine. but the clutch woudnt engage. so i took the tranny off thinking it was the throwout bearing, but it wasnt i put it back together and then the timing felt like it was retarded, it ran like it anways. but the clutch was engaging. so i looked at the timing and it was way off, maybe the belt sliped or something so i fixed the timing now, the crank and the cam are saying the timing is perfect but the car has NO power, i mean i couldnt even back out of my drive way, with the pedal on the floor. i dont know what it is, i havent really checked anything since then, i got really agervated and said fuck it. im about to take it to a shop, but figured i would ask you guys first. it takes along time to rev, has no power, isnt throwing any codes. im lost, maybe i bent a valve or something. any ideas?

i changed the tps also, cut into the shit holing it onand unscrewed it. might that be the problome? i just read another thread about it, and was just wondering.

car idles fine. i cant figure this shit out.
