Help please...

Okay...I have a 92 4x4 Blazer, 4.75" bolt circle. I want to add a set of 18s. the problem is that I want a set of rims with a 1-2" lip on them but I also don't want the tires sticking out of the fenderwells too much. Any suggestions?

It's an S-10.

Your stock offset is 40 mm which is a very high offset. In general the higher the offset, the smaller the lip. The lower the offset, the larger the lip but the farther out the wheels are. See below link for helpful diagram:

Bottom line is that since your truck uses a high offset wheel it's difficult to get a wheel with a big lip that does protude to or beyond the edge of the wheel well.
