Seats & Gauge cluster??

I tried doing a search for this info because there were a couple of threads about it before, but the search function is no help. It won't search past 2weeks.
There was a post back in the day about swapping seats in a Hb. The guy showed pics of how he did everything. I need to know what seats are swappable. If there's any links about it let me know. Also, I know the Si gauge clusters fit but what do the ones with 150mph come out of?

the 150 Mph cluster came out of the 1.6Vti (EDM SiR).

sure its MPH? Just curious.

i've seen em both in MPH and KPH.

I appreciate that info on the cluster, probably won't ever get on. SO, anyone know about the seats or what the guy's name that posted the how to on the seats??
