Yep, they do.
There's been several threads about it. You may need to swap mounting brackets, but the lights themselves fit fine. And, so do the brackets, but the problem comes when you try to put your corner lenses back in, they don't attach the same...

Well the CRX center piece is smaller and, the keyhole is in the center piece on the CRX where as on the hatch the keyhole is under the center piece

That makes sense as to why they wouldn't fit then, lol. I've seen a couple of civics with what i think are integra rear lights? Can anyone shed light on this? i will have a search aswell see if anything turns up...

Yep... swaps are certainly possible, but there's no direct swaps except from other 4th gens, like you could swap in EDM or JDM tails, or put 88-89 tails in your 90-91, etc. But, as with the CRX tails, all the swaps are possible, you just gotta be ready to shell out some serious dough.

Well, there are some with the teg lights, there are a bunch with prelude tails, skyline tails, whatever... it's all been done.
Can u swap just the outer lenses from the HB or CRX to the 4DR?
Not sure what you mean by "outer lenses", but I'm assuming you mean the actual light part on either side of the center reflector, and the answer is no. Not directly anyways, so you have to do some body work which = $$$
