dpfi to mpfi, parts, and other questions

okay, i'm gearing up to do the mini-me swap in my 91 civic dx.
Here's what i already have:
d16 vtech head (including vavles, cam, valve cover, Etc)
Fuel Rail (which i'm thinking about going aftermarket on)
and i think i have the vtec solinoid (SP?)
in order to do the dpfi to mpfi swap am i going to need anymore hardware? If i get a new ecu, do i really need to do this swap?
In order to do the head swap, other than a head gasket, what other hardware do i need?
i know that i need a wiring harness for this head, can anyone help me out there? oh, and does anyone that posts on this forum live in central alabama?

You'll need an Injector Resistor Box, I have several of them. $20 shipped for you. I might have some other stuff to.
