head gasket

Just how hard is it to change a head gasket from a 5 gen civic? I did a compression check to see if in fact that I did have a blown head. The only good thing I think is that it's pretty minnor. I just have a little problem with the temp going up, but i have it controled. One more thing I have a vacum gauge and it reads 21vac pressure. When I come to a stop it reads 20 to 19 vac press.
