Check Engine Light '96 Mustang V6 3.8L

Check engine light came on the other day, brought it to get tested, and code number 1443 came up...anyone know what it means? thanks.

evaporator purge control valve, dont have a clue where it is. Also will show up when gas cap is not tightened securely
