running a little rough

I have a 1994 S-10 pickup 4X4 with a 4.3 ... on the fwy, it kind of has a slight hesitation / surge thing going on. It also seems a little down on power. I just bought it a few weeks ago and have replaced the transmission, fuel pump and filter. What should I do next? thanks, Bob

try changing Oil & air filter
