Before you say anything about this.. No, I dont want to do panel lines, and NO im not getting rid of the Side Exit Exhaust. Hope you enjoy. I used styrene Tubing to connect the wheels, the cut through the wheels wells, since i didnt feel like converting them again which is a PITA..

This must have started out as the Minolta car. :smoka:

Me likey!! :D

Can you put the lights down?

Camber
08-24-2003, 04:31 PM
THanks.....

Jay - Yep, it was the Minolta kit. I was going to make them retractable, but the way the top part went on to the light looked really weird when up, So i just glued them up. Thanks.

Not much for the old Supra's, but you did a great job on this one. I love the wheels (what are they?) the paint(which color and brand?), and the side exit exhaust!
Very cool!

Sorry I was so brief with you in AIM yesterday, Camber. Hope you understand.

As for the model, I'm liking it. The exhausts aren't quite me, but they are truely different. I know you said you're not doing it, but panel lines would look a lot better on the white car. Great work, man! :bigthumb:

Thanks again...

73super- The wheels are 19" Aoshima Vienna Krisis. Thanks blowncivic for them. Paint is Tamiya TS26 Pure white

Diesel- Dont worry about it, I understand.

Looks really good!!! The only thing that I don't like is that it's almost all white.

Thanks guys again...

Spoolin, Im gonna get some pictures of it with my other supra. I forgot to do a group shot, so stay tuned tommorow.

As for it being all white, I think it looks clean as hell almost all white. I think it just appears so white because of the racing interior. There's not much to it, or it would have some other colors in it.

Hey, it's NOT a MkIV Supra.

And there was much rejoicing. Yay!

It looks great and I like the side exit. Really gives it a whole different look, like something out of the IMSA GTO class from the 80's. Very nice.

Camber, I think that is freakin' nice. Wheels look killer, and the flipped up lights are a nice touch. Almost looks as if you could jump right in and do a couple of laps. :iceslolan

Very nice.
Just that the interior seem a little too plain(mostlyl white)

Camber

Thanks..

Octagon - Thanks, Im not sure what you mean. I said its the MKIII not IV.. Im probly just reading something wrong.

I thought the interior was a bit too plain for me. No back seats, just one seat, dash, and a shifter. Came with a fire extinguisher but I want it for another project. Had a roll bar too but I wanted to maintain a street car look.

Make sure you check back for them Group supra pictures tommorow!

I think Octagon is happy it's not an MKIV, as it seems that's the only Supra being built around here.

Here's a pic of it without the "Huge" wing, for those who would rather it without the wing. I just thought it'd be a change from the last I dont know how many models I did without a wing. Here you are

YES! What a car! Great job as always man. IMO it does look better without the wing. One of my friends just got an 86 Supra and I bet he'd like to see this. Great job again.

hey thats awesome. i just got a black 86 supra (the kid ryangiorgio was talkin about.) i think it looks dope without the wing but i think it would have had more style to it if the weather stripping was white too. but it really looks kool now too.

08-25-2003, 07:04 PM
Thanks all....

I think Im gonna leave the wing off now after that picture

NorthernTouch - Thank you, sexy sexy sexy!!!!! I got it from lowridermagazine.com

Snooker - I used testors glue, the one in the red bottle. I put it on then lightly wiped some off with my finger so it wouldnt get all over the car. Thanks.

I think ill take the wing off and get some more pictures. It looks weird in the pictures anyways, maybe ill do it some more justice. So make sure you come back tommorow! Ill take some before 3pm since I have something to do in the afternoon. I couldnt get any today, had to get uniform for school, how depressing =/
