torn leather seat

Anybody know how to fix a torn leather seat so it isn't quite so noticeable?

I have a rip in my 92 Blazer leather seat and don't want to bring it to an upholstery shop.
I'm not looking to make it disappear; just to reconnect the 2 halves again in a good way.

Thanks
